The Shelby Coyotes basketball team (Shelby, MT), was nudged 39-36 in Friday's league battle with the host Conrad Cowboys (Conrad, MT)
The Cowboys now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Choteau for a B District 1 battle on Saturday, February 3. Conrad will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 47-37 league win over Cut Bank (Cut Bank, MT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-12.
The Coyotes (9-6) will now prepare for their battle against Rocky Boy (Box Elder, MT). The Northern Stars come into the non-league battle with a 3-8 record.
