Lawrence Bulldogs (Fairfield, ME) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Cony Rams (Augusta, ME), 68-54 in a league bout.

With the win, Lawrence upgrades its record to 15-1 on the season. The Bulldogs host Brewer (Brewer, ME) to play the Witches in a A North bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Witches go into the bout with a record of 6-11. Brewer won 48-18 in their recent league bout against Nokomis (Newport, ME)

Next up, the Rams play the Messalonskee Eagles (Oakland, ME) in a A North bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Cony will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 2-15 record after their 44-20 league loss to Hampden (Hampden, ME).
