Mount Paran Christian Eagles (Kennesaw, GA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Coretta Scott King YWLA Soaring Eagle (Atlanta, GA), 76-17 in a league bout.

With the win, Mount Paran Christian upgrades its record to 18-3 on the season. The Eagles host Therrell (Atlanta, GA) to clash with the Panthers in a AA Region 6 bout on Saturday, February 3. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 7-9. Therrell lost 45-40 in their recent league bout against North Cobb Christian (Kennesaw, GA)

Next up, the Soaring Eagle clash with the South Atlanta Hornets (Atlanta, GA) in a AA Region 6 bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Coretta Scott King YWLA will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 6-12 record after their 45-40 league loss to Therrell (Atlanta, GA).
