In Friday's league outing, the New Canaan Rams (New Canaan, CT) basketball squad beat the visiting Darien Blue Wave (Darien, CT), by a count of 41-21.
The Rams (9-6) will now prepare for their outing against Harding (Bridgeport, CT). The Presidents go into the non-league outing with a 1-11 record. In their last outing, Harding was topped by Joel Barlow (Redding, CT), 44-26, in a non-league outing.
The Blue Wave now hold a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Greenwich for a Fairfield County outing on Tuesday, February 6. Darien will clash with a Cardinals squad coming off a 52-42 league loss to Danbury (Danbury, CT). The Cardinals record now stands at 9-7.
