The Davenport North Wildcats basketball team scored 82 points and held the host Davenport West Falcons to 19 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.
The Wildcats now sport a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Clinton for a Mississippi contest on Tuesday, February 6. Davenport North will meet a Sabers team coming off a 72-45 league win over Muscatine (Muscatine, IA). The Sabers record now stands at 8-3.
The Falcons (3-16) will now prepare for their contest against Burlington (Burlington, IA). The Grayhounds enter the non-league contest with a 8-8 record. In their last contest, Burlington triumphed over Fairfield (Fairfield, IA), 56-48, in a non-league contest.
