Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Wheeler County Bulldogs (Alamo, GA) and the host Dooly County Bobcats (Vienna, GA), saw Wheeler County's basketball squad wallop Dooly County by a tally of 59-12.

With the victory, Wheeler County improves its record to 2-16 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Hawkinsville (Hawkinsville, GA) to confront the Red Devils in a A D2 Region 4 challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a record of 7-8. Hawkinsville lost 63-36 in their recent league challenge against Treutlen (Soperton, GA)

Next up, the Bobcats confront the Twiggs County Cobras (Jeffersonville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 3. Dooly County will attempt to improve on its 1-16 season record. The Cobras come into the challenge with a 2-20 record after their 42-28 league win over Georgia Military College (Milledgeville, GA).
