The East Rowan Mustangs tipped the host South Rowan Raiders basketball team by a final score of 63-62 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC) in a 3A South Piedmont game, on Tuesday, February 6. East Rowan will attempt to move on its 10-10 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 16-4 record after their 70-50 league win over Robinson (Concord, NC).

With the defeat, South Rowan moves to 3-16 on the year. The Raiders host Concord (Concord, NC) to face the Spiders in a 3A South Piedmont game on Tuesday, February 6. The Spiders enter the game with a record of 7-12. Concord lost 106-30 in their recent league game against West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC)
