Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Fouke Panthers (Fouke, AR) and the visiting Genoa Central Dragons (Texarkana, AR), saw Fouke's basketball squad wallop Genoa Central by a count of 72-19.

With the victory, Fouke upgrades its record to 28-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Jessieville (Jessieville, AR) to play the Lions in a 3A Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 23-2. Jessieville won 57-46 in their recent league challenge against Harmony Grove (Benton, AR)

Next up, the Dragons play the Centerpoint Knights (Amity, AR) in a 3A Region 7 challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Genoa Central will attempt to upgrade on its 4-17 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 18-6 record after their 44-23 league win over Prescott (Prescott, AR).
