The Model Patriots basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Francis Parker Wyverns to 35 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Friday.
The Patriots now sport a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jackson City for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6.
The Wyverns (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Holy Cross (Louisville, KY). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 14-10 record. In their last contest, Holy Cross was outscored by Pleasure Ridge Park (Louisville, KY), 52-35, in a league contest.
