Le Roy Oatkan Knights (Le Roy, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Geneseo Blue Devils (Geneseo, NY), 70-59 in a league bout.

With the win, Le Roy upgrades its record to 13-4 on the season. The Oatkan Knights host Warsaw (Warsaw, NY) to play the Tigers in a Section 5 Livingston 2 bout on Wednesday, February 7. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-16. Warsaw lost 40-37 in their recent non-league bout against Genesee Valley (Belmont, NY)

Next up, the Blue Devils play the Letchworth Indians (Gainesville, NY) in a Section 5 Livingston 2 bout, on Wednesday, February 7. Geneseo will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 8-9 record after their 59-28 non-league win over School of the Arts (Rochester, NY).
