The Jefferson Forest Cavaliers (Forest, VA) basketball knocked off the host Glass Hilltoppers (Lynchburg, VA), 50-39 in Friday's league test.

The Cavaliers (13-5) will now prepare for their test against Brookville (Lynchburg, VA). The Bees go into the Seminole test with a 9-9 record. In their last test, Brookville notched a victory over Amherst County (Amherst, VA), 45-41, in a league test.

The Hilltoppers now own a 11-8 record. They play next when they travel to Liberty Christian for a Seminole test on Tuesday, February 6. Glass will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 73-32 league win over Liberty (Bedford, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 17-0.
