The Gospel Light Christian Lions routed the visiting Southwest Christian Academy Lions basketball team by a final score of 56-11 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Lions face the Christian Ministries Academy Conquerors (Hot Springs, AR) in a Heartland Christian game, on Tuesday, February 6. Gospel Light Christian will attempt to move on its 18-7 season record. The Conquerors enter the game with a 9-10 record after their 58-13 league loss to Abundant Life (North Little Rock, AR).

With the defeat, Southwest Christian Academy moves to 0-9 on the year.
