Lamar will confront a Colts team coming off a 85-8 league loss to South Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX). The Colts record now stands at 6-22.

The Gophers (6-14) will now prepare for their battle against Martin (Arlington, TX). The Warriors come into the 6A Region I District 8 battle with a 20-9 record. In their last battle, Martin trounced Sam Houston (Arlington, TX), 58-22, in a league battle.
