The Grant Generals basketball team (Portland, OR), was overwhelmed 67-25 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Jefferson Democrats (Portland, OR)
The Democrats now possess a 15-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Benson Tech for a 6A Portland battle on Tuesday, February 6. Jefferson will battle a Techmen team coming off a 93-8 league win over McDaniel (Portland, OR). The Techmen record now stands at 12-4.
The Generals (10-8) will now prepare for their battle against Lincoln (Portland, OR). The Cardinals come into the 6A Portland battle with a 7-11 record. In their last battle, Lincoln was overwhelmed by Franklin (Portland, OR), 38-26, in a league battle.
