The Hackett Hornets basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Paris Eagles to 53 in the Hornets league triumph on Friday.
The Hornets now sport a 3-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cedarville for a 3A Region 4 contest on Tuesday, February 6. Hackett will meet a Pirates team coming off a 32-26 league win over Charleston (Charleston, AR). The Pirates record now stands at 14-12.
The Eagles (9-14) will now prepare for their contest against Charleston (Charleston, AR). The Tigers enter the 3A Region 4 contest with a 9-11 record. In their last contest, Charleston was nudged by Cedarville (Cedarville, AR), 32-26, in a league contest.
