The Hazen Bison basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host Killdeer Cowboys to 42 in the Bison league victory on Friday.

The Bison now sport a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beulah for a A Region 4 contest on Monday, February 5. Hazen will battle a Miners team coming off a 63-47 league win over Standing Rock (Fort Yates, ND). The Miners record now stands at 4-16.

The Cowboys (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Belfield (Belfield, ND). The Bantams come into the non-league contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Belfield was defeated by Killdeer (Killdeer, ND), 41-33, in a non-league contest.
