The Homestead Highlanders basketball team scored 79 points and restricted the host Slinger Owls to 36 in the Highlanders league victory on Friday.
The Highlanders now sport a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kaukauna for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 3. Homestead will battle a Galloping Ghosts team coming off a 94-59 league win over Appleton West (Appleton, WI). The Galloping Ghosts record now stands at 7-12.
The Owls (6-14) will now prepare for their contest against Whitefish Bay (Whitefish Bay, WI). The Blue Dukes come into the North Shore contest with a 15-4 record.
