The Junction City Dragons basketball squad (Junction City, AR), was trounced 55-18 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Parkers Chapel Trojans (El Dorado, AR)
The Trojans (15-5) will now prepare for their outing against Woodlawn (Rison, AR). The Bears go into the 2A Region 8 outing with a 10-13 record. In their last outing, Woodlawn was trounced by Gurdon (Gurdon, AR), 53-31, in a league outing.
The Dragons now own a 5-15 record. They play next when they travel to Fordyce for a 2A Region 8 outing on Tuesday, February 6. Junction City will clash with a Redbugs squad coming off a 45-39 league win over Ouachita (Donaldson, AR). The Redbugs record now stands at 10-10.
