King City Wildkats (King City, MO) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Pattonsburg Panthers (Pattonsburg, MO), 33-25 in a league bout.

With the victory, King City upgrades its record to 15-10 on the campaign. The Wildkats travel to Osborn (Osborn, MO) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 3-12. Osborn lost 38-17 in their recent non-league bout against Maysville (Maysville, MO)

Next up, the Panthers play the Maysville Wolverines (Maysville, MO) in a Grand River bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Pattonsburg will attempt to upgrade on its 6-13 season record. The Wolverines come into the bout with a 3-15 record after their 38-17 non-league win over Osborn (Osborn, MO).
