The Lena-Winslow Panthers basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the host Pearl City Wolves to 21 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 18-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aquin Catholic for a Northwest Upstate Illini - North contest on Tuesday, February 6. Lena-Winslow will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 57-19 league win over Dakota (Dakota, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 20-5.

The Wolves (4-23) will now prepare for their contest against Durand (Durand, IL). The Bulldogs come into the Northwest Upstate Illini - North contest with a 5-15 record. In their last contest, Durand was routed by Pecatonica (Pecatonica, IL), 53-17, in a league contest.
