The Wagoner Bulldogs (Wagoner, OK) basketball knocked off the visiting Locust Grove Pirates (Locust Grove, OK), 43-35 in Friday's league test.
The Bulldogs (13-6) will now prepare for their test against Catoosa (Catoosa, OK). The Indians go into the Verdigris Valley test with a 2-19 record. In their last test, Catoosa went down by Hilldale (Muskogee, OK), 56-20, in a league test.
The Pirates now own a 16-4 record. They play next when they travel to Stilwell for a non-league test on Saturday, February 3. Locust Grove will encounter a Indians squad coming off a 66-32 league win over Poteau (Poteau, OK). The Indians record now stands at 14-4.
