In Friday's non-league outing, the St. Croix Lutheran Crusaders (West St. Paul, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Maranatha Christian Academy Mustangs (Brooklyn Park, MN), by a margin of 58-35.

The Crusaders (14-7) will now prepare for their outing against Concordia Academy (Roseville, MN). The Beacons go into the non-league outing with a 6-12 record. In their last outing, Concordia Academy was trounced by New Life Academy (Woodbury, MN), 59-37, in a non-league outing.

The Mustangs now own a 10-9 record. They play next when they travel to Cretin-Derham Hall for a non-league outing on Monday, February 5. Maranatha Christian Academy will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 71-53 non-league loss to East Ridge (Woodbury, MN). The Raiders record now stands at 8-11.
