The White Mountains Spartans topped the host Newfound Regional Bears basketball team by a final score of 30-21 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Berlin Mountaineers (Berlin, NH) in a Division III game, on Tuesday, February 6. White Mountains will attempt to move on its 10-7 season record. The Mountaineers enter the game with a 8-9 record after their 54-44 league loss to Mascoma (Canaan, NH).
With the defeat, Newfound Regional moves to 1-16 on the year. The Bears travel to Inter-Lakes (Meredith, NH) to face the Lakers in a Division III game on Tuesday, February 6. The Lakers enter the game with a record of 0-13.
