The South Central Calhoun Titans basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Northwest Webster Cougars to 33 in the Titans league triumph on Friday.

The Titans now sport a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spencer for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 3. South Central Calhoun will battle a Tigers team coming off a 46-34 league loss to Storm Lake (Storm Lake, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 2-16.

The Cougars (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against River Valley (Correctionville, IA). The Wolverines enter the non-league contest with a 11-4 record.
