South Carolina High School Basketball - Pelion ripped by Strom Thurmond

In Friday's league match, the host Strom Thurmond Rebels basketball team scored a decisive 58-15 triumph over the Pelion Panthers.

In their next game, the Rebels meet the Silver Bluff Bulldogs (Aiken, SC) in a AA Region 3 match, on Tuesday, February 6. Strom Thurmond will attempt to better on its 14-10 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 18-1 record after their 78-25 non-league win over McCormick (McCormick, SC).

With the defeat, Pelion moves to 4-14 on the year. The Panthers host Batesburg-Leesville (Batesburg, SC) to meet the Panthers in a AA Region 3 match on Tuesday, February 6.
