The Queen's Grant Stallions basketball team (Matthews, NC), was nudged 2-0 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Piedmont Community Charter Patriots (Gastonia, NC)
The Patriots now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bradford Prep for a non-league battle on Wednesday, February 7.
The Stallions (0-15) will now prepare for their battle against Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Comets come into the 1A Metro 8 battle with a 1-11 record.
