The Redwood Valley Cardinals basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Pipestone Arrows to 36 in the Cardinals league victory on Friday.

The Cardinals now sport a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Minnewaska Area for a AA Section 3 contest on Saturday, February 3. Redwood Valley will battle a Lakers team coming off a 58-38 non-league loss to Sauk Centre (Sauk Centre, MN). The Lakers record now stands at 14-6.

The Arrows (1-15) will now prepare for their contest against Lac qui Parle Valley (Madison, MN). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 3-16 record. In their last contest, Lac qui Parle Valley was routed by Central Minnesota Christian (Prinsburg, MN), 78-26, in a league contest.
