The Marlins now sport a 20-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodsboro for a 2A Region IV District 31 battle on Tuesday, February 6. Port Aransas will battle a Eagles team coming off a 38-21 league loss to Skidmore-Tynan (Skidmore, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 9-23.

The Bobcats (22-10) will now prepare for their battle against Yorktown (Yorktown, TX). The Wildcats come into the 2A Region IV District 31 battle with a 10-23 record. In their last battle, Yorktown was nudged by Refugio (Refugio, TX), 32-31, in a league battle.
