The West Valley Eagles (Spokane, WA) basketball felled the visiting Rogers Pirates (Spokane, WA), 52-35 in Friday's league test.
The Eagles (10-8) will now prepare for their test against Shadle Park (Spokane, WA). The Highlanders go into the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane test with a 5-13 record. In their last test, Shadle Park thwarted East Valley (Spokane, WA), 49-40, in a league test.
The Pirates now own a 1-13 record. They play next when they host Pullman for a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane test on Tuesday, February 6. Rogers will encounter a Greyhounds squad coming off a 86-30 league loss to Clarkston (Clarkston, WA). The Greyhounds record now stands at 6-12.
