The Winn Mavericks (Eagle Pass, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting South San Antonio Bobcats (San Antonio, TX), 54-34 in Friday's league test.
The Mavericks (11-24) will now prepare for their test against Harlandale (San Antonio, TX). The Indians go into the 5A Region IV District 28 test with a 29-6 record. In their last test, Harlandale notched a victory over Southwest Legacy (Von Ormy, TX), 70-59, in a league test.
