The George Wythe Maroons (Wytheville, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Auburn Eagles (Riner, VA), 43-8 in Friday's non-league test.
The Maroons (15-0) will now prepare for their test against Galax (Galax, VA). The Maroon Tide go into the non-league test with a 2-12 record. In their last test, Galax was trounced by Grayson County (Independence, VA), 25-20, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 3-12 record.
