Lincolnton Wolves (Lincolnton, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC), 22-20 in a league bout.

With the win, Lincolnton upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Wolves host East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 11-2.

Next up, the Trojans play the Newton-Conover Red Devils (Newton, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Bandys will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record.
