Wilcox Chargers (Santa Clara, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Kathleen MacDonald Condor (San Jose, CA), 25-21 in a league bout.

With the victory, Wilcox upgrades its record to 3-11 on the campaign. The Chargers host Milpitas (Milpitas, CA) to play the Trojans in a bout on Friday, February 9. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 17-4.

Next up, the Condor play the Cupertino Pioneers (Cupertino, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Kathleen MacDonald will attempt to upgrade on its 11-9 season record. The Pioneers come into the bout with a 17-2 record after their 45-25 league win over Gunn (Palo Alto, CA).
