Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Whitney Wildcats (Rocklin, CA), 1-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Trojans confront the Folsom Bulldogs (Folsom, CA) in a Sierra Foothill League challenge, on Monday, February 5. Oak Ridge will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 2-0 league loss to Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA).

The Wildcats now have a 4-12 record. They take the field next when they host Rocklin for a Sierra Foothill League challenge on Monday, February 5. Whitney will confront a Thunder team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Del Oro (Loomis, CA). The Thunder record now stands at 9-4.
