The Archbishop Riordan Crusaders basketball team scored 45 points and held the host Valley Christian Warriors to 38 in the Crusaders league triumph on Friday.

The Crusaders now sport a 18-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Archbishop Mitty for a contest on Tuesday, February 6. Archbishop Riordan will battle a Monarchs team coming off a 52-42 league win over Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA). The Monarchs record now stands at 18-2.

The Warriors (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA). The Fightin' Irish enter the contest with a 10-8 record. In their last contest, Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory was nudged by Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA), 52-42, in a league contest.
