The Santa Fe Demons basketball team scored 1 points and held the host Capital Jaguars to 0 in the Demons non-league triumph on Friday.
The Demons now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rio Grande for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. Santa Fe will battle a Ravens team coming off a 40-31 league loss to Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM). The Ravens record now stands at 1-14.
The Jaguars (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Manzano (Albuquerque, NM). The Monarchs enter the non-league contest with a 2-10 record. In their last contest, Manzano was nudged by Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM), 58-36, in a league contest.
