Hendersonville Bearcats (Hendersonville, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Chase Trojans (Forest City, NC), 56-12 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hendersonville upgrades its record to 14-3 on the season. The Bearcats host East Rutherford (Forest City, NC) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 11-4.

Next up, the Trojans play the Brevard Blue Devils (Brevard, NC) in a bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Chase will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 6-11 record after their 46-25 non-league loss to Asheville Christian Academy (Swannanoa, NC).
