With the win, Mount Vernon upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Majors host Hayfield (Alexandria, VA) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Monday, February 5. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 13-2. Hayfield won 67-49 in their recent non-league bout against Edison (Alexandria, VA)

Next up, the Jaguars play the Justice Wolves (Falls Church, VA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. Falls Church will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 59-33 non-league win over Lewis (Springfield, VA).
