Washington High School Basketball - Ferris can't hold off North Central

The North Central Wolfpack basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the host Ferris Saxons to 44 in the Wolfpack non-league victory on Friday.

The Wolfpack now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cheney for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 6. North Central will battle a Blackhawks team coming off a 55-53 non-league win over University (Spokane, WA). The Blackhawks record now stands at 9-9.

The Saxons (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against Gonzaga Prep (Spokane, WA). The Bullpups come into the non-league contest with a 13-4 record. In their last contest, Gonzaga Prep edged Mead (Spokane, WA), 69-44, in a non-league contest.
