The St. Stephens Indians basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Hickory Red Tornadoes to 39 in the Indians league triumph on Friday.

The Indians now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Lincoln for a contest on Tuesday, February 6. St. Stephens will battle a Knights team coming off a 62-59 league win over North Iredell (Olin, NC). The Knights record now stands at 17-0.

The Red Tornadoes (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against North Iredell (Olin, NC). The Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 10-7 record. In their last contest, North Iredell was defeated by North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC), 62-59, in a league contest.
