The Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC) basketball felled the host Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC), 54-35 in Friday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (11-5) will now prepare for their test against Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 16-1 record. In their last test, Lake Norman Charter thwarted Carson (China Grove, NC), 52-47, in a non-league test.
The Trojans now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to East Rowan for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 6. Northwest Cabarrus will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 53-35 non-league win over South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-9.
