The Lions now hold a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Magnolia for a 5A Region 3 District 21 test on Monday, February 5. Lake Creek will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 4-2 league loss to Rudder (Bryan, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Brenham drops to 2-8 on the season. The Cubs host Montgomery (Montgomery, TX) to meet the Bears in a 5A Region 3 District 21 test on Tuesday, February 6. The Bears come into the test with a record of 4-3. Montgomery 1-1 in their recent league test against Magnolia West (Magnolia, TX)
