The crowd at Sunday's non-league challenge between the Canon-McMillan Big Macs (Canonsburg, PA) and the host Linsly Cadets (Wheeling, WV), witnessed Canon-McMillan's ice hockey team defeat Linsly by a score of 12-5.

The Big Macs (9-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Hempfield Area (Greensburg, PA). The Spartans come into the challenge with a 7-11 record. In their last challenge, Hempfield Area got by Penn-Trafford (Harrison City, PA), 6-5, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Cadets battle the Shady Side Academy Bulldogs (Pittsburgh, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 12. Linsly will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Knoch (Saxonburg, PA).
