The Fort Myers Green Wave baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Venice Indians to 3 in the Green Wave non-league victory on Saturday.
The Green Wave (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Riverdale (Fort Myers, FL). The Raiders go into the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Riverdale edged Island Coast (Cape Coral, FL), 9-6, in a non-league match.
The Indians (2-1) will now prepare for their match against North Port (North Port, FL). The Bobcats go into the match with a 0-1 record.
