The Bakersfield Drillers baseball team (Bakersfield, CA), was overwhelmed 11-7 in Monday's non-league outing with the visiting Porterville Panthers (Porterville, CA)

The Panthers now hold a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Highland for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 21. Porterville will confront a Scots team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Chavez (Delano, CA). The Scots record now stands at 2-0.

Next, the Drillers confront the Paso Robles Bearcats (Paso Robles, CA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, March 3. Bakersfield will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record.
