Michigan High School Basketball - Central tops Gull Lake

Central Bearcats (Battle Creek, MI) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Gull Lake Blue Devils (Richland, MI), 63-48 in a league bout.
With the victory, Central upgrades its record to 14-7 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Kalamazoo Central (Kalamazoo, MI) to play the Maroon Giants in a Southwestern Michigan - East bout on Thursday, February 23. The Maroon Giants come into the bout with a record of 17-2. Kalamazoo Central won 63-62 in their recent non-league bout against Portage Central (Portage, MI)
Next up, the Blue Devils play the Mattawan Wildcats (Mattawan, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 24. Gull Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record.
