Roseau Rams (Roseau, MN) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lake of the Woods Bears (Baudette, MN), 77-34 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Roseau upgrades its record to 5-18 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Warroad (Warroad, MN) to play the Warriors in a AA Section 8 bout on Tuesday, February 21. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 8-13.

Next up, the Bears play the Polk County West [Climax/Fisher] Knights (Climax, MN) in a A Section 8 bout, on Friday, February 24. Lake of the Woods will attempt to upgrade on its 4-15 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 4-19 record after their 91-34 league loss to Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] (Newfolden, MN).
