Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Carney-Nadeau Wolves (Carney, MI) and the visiting Superior Central Cougars (Eben Junction, MI), saw Carney-Nadeau's basketball squad wallop Superior Central by a count of 65-32.
With the victory, Carney-Nadeau upgrades its record to 17-3 on the campaign. The Wolves host North Dickinson (Felch, MI) to play the Nordics in a Skyline challenge on Saturday, February 25. The Nordics come into the challenge with a record of 6-11. North Dickinson won 36-12 in their recent league challenge against Rapid River (Rapid River, MI)
Next up, the Cougars play the Norway Knights (Norway, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 21. Superior Central will attempt to upgrade on its 11-6 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 18-2 record after their 44-37 league loss to Bark River-Harris (Harris, MI).
