The Dobie Longhorns held off the visiting Pasadena Eagles soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Monday's league match.
The Longhorns now own a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pasadena Memorial for a 6A Region 3 District 22 game on Friday, February 24. Dobie will play a Mavericks squad coming off a 11-0 league win over South Houston (South Houston, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 10-3.
The Eagles (7-9) will now prepare for their game against Deer Park (Deer Park, TX). The Deer go into the 6A Region 3 District 22 game with a 8-5 record. In their last game, Deer Park nipped Dobie (Houston, TX), 2-0, in a league game.
