In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Clarksdale Wildcats baseball team scored a nice 19-3 victory over the Greenville Hornets.
The Wildcats (2-0) will now prepare for their game against South Panola (Batesville, MS). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 4-1 record. In their last game, South Panola was overwhelmed by Tupelo (Tupelo, MS), 5-4, in a non-league game.
The Hornets (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Riverside (Avon, MS). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Riverside was overwhelmed by Humphreys County (Belzoni, MS), 8-5, in a non-league game.
